We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Area Sales Manager to drive our growth across Europe. This role reports to the Head of Distribution Markets and is a part of our international sales team. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and expand our market presence in Europe.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including healthcare professionals, and distributors.
  • Manage and support a network of distributors to ensure they meet sales targets and provide excellent service.
  • Identify new business opportunities and manage the sales pipeline from lead generation to closing deals.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product management teams to align sales strategies.
  • Execute new product launches and provide necessary training support
  • Provide regular sales forecasts, reports, and market feedback to senior management.
  • Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to promote our products and services.

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; an advanced degree is preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the medical devices industry, preferably with experience in GI endoscopy and endo urology.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Strong understanding of the European healthcare market and regulatory environment.
  • Experience in managing and supporting distributors.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong professional presence, business acumen and negotiation skills.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Passionate about medical device sales.
  • Proactive and self-motivated.
  • Written and verbal fluency in English is required.
  • Natural team-playing qualities.
  • Willingness to travel extensively across Europe.
