Your Responsibilities:
Area of responsibilities:
- Assistant to the Senior Area Sales Manager as owner of the commercial affairs for the assigned core markets and other markets for the Urology and Gastroenterology segment comprising the brands (Urotech, Urovision, Medi-Globe and Endo-Flex)
- implementing the defined core market strategy in maximizing
net sales and gross profit in line with the defined budget and Long Range Plan (LRP) in close cooperation with the Senior Area Sales Manager - Gain deep insight of the relevant markets and understand regional health economics
Distributor Management in close cooperation with Senior Area Sales Manager
- Business partner performance management and quarterly reviews
- Develop and drive key initiatives to improve distributors sales performance
- Support distributors in operational questions
- Day to day distributor management and first regional customer contact
- First line local product support, trainings and live cases in clinics
- Business development for Urology products in selected markets
Forecasting and Figures:
- Provide regular sales and volume forecasts for budgets and S&OP processes
- Support negotiations and agreements on pricing and contracts
- Annual business and marketing plan development and execution
- Providing regular progress reports and statistics
Marketing and Trend Scouting:
- Trend scouting for innovative and competitive products and solutions launched in the region
- Observation and communication of market and customer trends, including pricing and competition
- Set up of regional commercial meetings with Group management and business unit representatives
- Providing support for regional trade shows and conferences
- Providing input to the international market strategy process
- Supporting regional regulatory affairs matters
- Building relevant network and liaises with relevant KOL’s
Your Skills:
Professional Skills:
- University degree in economics, MBA, or equivalent commercial education
- International distributor sales experience in the Med Tech environment of up to 3 years
- Solid Med Tech background
- Proven track record in business development
- Existing Network of KOLs international
- Good understanding of figures
- Used to reporting and forecasting
Personal Skills:
- Ability to work independently
- Very good communication skills
- Very good influencing skills
- Good analytical skills
- Strategic, process-related, structured way of thinking
- Hands-On mentality
- Strong success orientation
- Ability to handle obstacles and challenges
